We are currently looking for a
Technical Account Manager
to provide technical support to our corporate customers (full-time)
Requirements:
- Completed commercial or technical degree/training
- Technically savvy and strong communication skills
- Confident use of Office applications and the internet
- Independent and meticulous work style, willingness to learn, commitment, and high self-motivation
- Ability to work in a team and work under pressure
- Commitment to performance, quality awareness, and service-oriented thinking and actions
- Fluent in German and English
Programming skills desirable
Responsibilities include independently managing customer projects and service providers worldwide, processing domain and SSL transactions, and advising and providing technical support to our customers.
Your profile:
You already have professional experience, are reliable, meticulous, and demonstrate attention to detail and clients. You demonstrate initiative and take responsibility for assigned tasks.
Hybrid work model with the option of working from home.
Existing knowledge in the areas of domain management, DNS, and SSL is desirable. (e.g. from webhosting industry)
