With most of our clients we face a somewhat historically grown situation of their domain management. Alternatively they are intending to outsource the management. Our approach in 4 phases has proven of value:

phase 1 || domain analysis

A domain analysis provides you with a domain overview of your namespace - domains owned by you and others. Our detailled reports about owner, provider/registrar and content of all related domains provide a basis for establishing your domain strategy.

phase 2 || domain strategy & portfolio development

A domain strategy is the equivalent to your offline brand strategy. managed IP helps you develop a systematic plan for the protetion of your name(s) in the online world, including your sales strategy and possible threats under certain TLDs. The execution on this plan follows in phase 3.

phase 3 || execution & consolidation

In this phase of the project managed IP takes action in the area of domain mangement (registration, transfer, whois), technical settings (DNS), handling of grabbed domains as well as e.g. monitoring your namespace. In general. we recommend centralizing the global domain management.

phase 4 || domain-management on a continuous basis

managed IP plays an active role in protecting your names on a continuous basis. In addition, we take as much work from your internal departments (IT, legal and marketing) as possible to relieve you of the daily tasks in developing and managing your domains.
